I teach Vinyassa flow in my group classes. It is a dynamic yoga class linking body movement and breath using synchronized bespoke sequences of yoga postures which not only develop strengh stamina and balance for the physical body but gives you mental clarity and focus. My meditative flow classes are usually taught at a slower pace to develop precise alignment and give a more restorative practice.

The room is usually heated to a lovely warm temperature to keep the body warm especially though savasana but its not classified as hot yoga unless specified.

My classes are all suitable for ALL LEVELS and I can work with specific injuries or aliments, as I focus on bringing health and vitality back to the body and mind. I also cover many classes at Virgin active and David Lloyds over North London.
